DESIGN PACKAGES
I have created some packages that I think will suit most people, but do not worry if they don’t because I will customise one just for you.
Packages are all based on being within the immediate Christchurch Area.
All packages are inclusive of GST.

I will come to your home to chat about your design, confirm which package or packages best suit your requirements, and survey the areas needed.
I have comprehensive services available, from full design to obtaining quotes from reputable joiners and tradespeople, quotes for products, and manufacture and project management.
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY PACKAGES
Includes 3-dimensional, nearly photographic perspectives, dimensioned annotated floor plans and elevations.
Full specifications for colours, materials/products, hardware and colour for the kitchen area (soft furnishings not included).
Quotes from reputable joiners and or tradespeople from my suggested suppliers.
Once the final design is complete, you will receive a full set of the designs and specifications bound and copied on quality paper.

BATHROOM PACKAGES

INTERIOR PACKAGES
Colour advice for interior, exterior, and curtains will be provided.
With A4 draw-down cards for paint and all other products, you will be supplied with samples and brochures (which will need to be returned).Full specifications for colours, materials/products, hardware and colour for the bathroom area (soft furnishings not included).
With the final selections being chosen, you will receive a list of the selected products, and with the paint colours, I will also suggest which is the recommended paint system and gloss levels to use.

Drape Advisory 3-4 Bedroom Home – $895.00
OTHER CHARGES
Entertainment Design Hourly Rate – $110.00 Per Hour
Wardrobe Design Hourly Rate – $110.00 Per Hour
Additional/ Extras Hourly Rate – $ 110.00 Per Hour
Travel out of the immediate Christchurch Area – $110.00 Per Hour
Extra Bound Copies (per set) $55.00
Extra Un-Bound Copies (per set) $40.00
PAYMENT
All payments for any work to be transferred into the account of Rachel Evans Design Ltd via the internet unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of acceptance.
A third of the total payment is required as a deposit before commencement of any design work Rachel Evans Design Ltd undertakes and the final balance is due upon the designs/specifications being handed over.
All designs/plans remain the property of Rachel Evans Design Ltd until the applicable fees have been settled in full and transferred into the account of Rachel Evans Design Ltd.
DISCLOSURE
All measurements, product & appliance information must be verified by the joiner/builder or installer prior to production. Rachel Evans Design Ltd takes no responsibility for any errors occurring as an incorrect site measure.
In the event of omissions or ambiguity please contact Rachel Evans Design Ltd prior to construction. Permits and or Building Consents are the Owner’s Responsibility.
